The best thing about this dog book is the fact that it is the dog who is the narrator. I loved the fact that this is written from his perspective, although I could be biased as I write the blog from Rags perspective too. This is the first proper dog book written by 'the dog' that I have come across so it was really different.
A moving story about a family who nearly gets torn apart by a bereavement, and how Enzo the dog helps to get them all back together again. As the main human character is a racing driver there is a lot of formula one/competitive car racing anecdotes and references weaved into the story - which as a fan I found really good.
The book is also very obviously written by a professional, as it was well written and flowed beautifully. A cracking read which I couldn't put down, I really enjoyed this and would recommend it heartily.
