Smiling devious working cockerAs any self respecting dog will do, I have always liked to keep Mum on her toes and under my paw. All my life I have demonstrated a complete indifference to my food (apart from treats of course), to ensure that Mum makes a supreme effort to give me lovely food. I will wait until she has left the room, then saunter over to the bowl, sniff, and retire in disgust to the lounge. After another 10 minutes I wander back, munch about half of it and then leave the rest. Getting me to eat my breakfast and supper has always been a bit of a battle for Mum (I have her just where I want her!).

Symply gorgeous foodNow she has thwarted my shenanigans - we were given a new food to try (see the product review page) called Symply, and I just can't resist it. Despite my best efforts I end up eating everything in the bowl as soon as it hits the floor. Normally I will only show enthusiasm for stuff thats not particularly good for me, but this is dead healthy too. Last week I had my annual check up at the dog-doc's and he said that I was fit and healthy for a 2 year old dog - and that the fact that I am 7 is amazing. Am going to have to find another way to wind Mum up now.
