We had a lovely weekend away spending a few days with Aunty Katy and Uncle John. They all went to see Michael McIntyre one night and Mum laughed so much she would have paid good money for a Tena Lady - she nearly wet herself!
I stayed home and helped Johns Mum babysit a small person called Alexandra - she was quite cute really and at one point we were nose to nose (I got a quick lick in when no-one was looking too!)

I have found a new friend and was very happy that an old friend is OK. Asbo, a very pretty chocolate brown cocker lady has had huge problems with a big lump on her side - it turned out, after three operations to be two grass seeds buried deep inside her which was causing the problem. I was really pleased to see her on Friday, and think her stiches are very fetching. Plus, a new addition has been added to the gang - Lola - as pictured, she is adorable. She was also a very keen worker, trying to help Mum mop the floor...at one point she nearly fell head first into the bucket!
Plus a call to all London dog owners - there's a great Barking Mad event happening next week which is definitely worth a look if you are in the area. Humans will enjoy Pommery Champagne and afternoon canapés and dogs will be treated to a goodie bag with all sorts of treats, a Frisbee, a Bill Amberg trinket and other scrumptious goodies. There will be a doggy raffle in aid of The Variety Club with a special prize for the winning dog.
