Och eye da nu! We had a Burns night party here at the weekend and I got to try something called Haggis - very nice it was too, although it did make me a little windy...much to Mums disapproval! However, despite some practice I haven't mastered woofing in a Scotch accent yet, I think more Haggis is required myself.

It has been a very busy year so far, with Mum starting another business and me generally helping out in true working cocker fashion. I make sure she gets regular breaths of fresh air up the field which is vital to her wellbeing - and I also insist that she stops looking at the computer regularly to give me a cuddle - it's a hard job but someone has to do it!

Happy New Year everyone! You would not believe the ordeal Mum and her drunken mate put me through on New Years' Eve - they woke up the whole neighbourhood falling down in drunken giggles up the field, I was so embarrassed! Thankfully I managed to steer them back home and then let Dad take over looking after the pair of them.
We had a great Christmas and I quickly figured out that everyone was making a huge fuss of anything situated under the tree - so being a bit clever, I rose to the challenge. I must admit though that by the end of the holidays I was exhausted - the paper headline had it just about perfect because on the drive home I certainly felt I'd been nobbled!
